Position Overview:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by connecting with homeowners, assessing their roofing/siding/gutter needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise while helping customers protect and beautify their homes with our premium exterior products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to evaluate their exterior home needs (roofing, siding, and gutters) and provide product
- Respond promptly to inquiries from homeowners who have experienced storm damage to their properties.
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged roofs to assess the extent of the damage and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Educate homeowners about the repair and replacement options available to them, including the materials and services offered by Greenawalt Roofing Company.
- Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process and advocate on their behalf to ensure fair and timely settlements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Utilize customer referrals and canvassing to build your lead pipeline
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with homeowners who may be experiencing stress or uncertainty.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel when required
- Valid driver's license
