As a Roofing Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to roofing installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection. This hands-on position requires a strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality.
Requirements :
- Complete punch list item repairs and warranty service
- Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects according to specifications and industry standards.
- Assess roofing systems for damage, leaks, and other issues, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Install and repair roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, and membranes.
- Perform waterproofing and insulation tasks to ensure the integrity and durability of roofing systems.
- Operate hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to coordinate project activities and address any concerns.
- Complete project documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and material inventory records.
Pay : $25-$29 / hour based on experience
