We currently have an opening for a Litigation Paralegal to work on either our Employment or Personal Injury team in either our Orange County or LA office.
The Basics
As a vital member of our team, you'll :
- Dive into all aspects of phases of litigation, including drafting discovery, fact-finding, document analysis, witness preparation, and trial preparation.
- Organize and maintain client files including in case management database and electronic case files.
- Manage electronic discovery, including document reviews, productions, and database navigation.
- Track case progress, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Conduct factual research and legal research.
- Engage with clients, witnesses, and outside parties to drive cases forward.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
