Position Summary
The Paralegal supports attorneys in handling complex litigation matters in Florida state and federal courts. This role requires experience in digital litigation management, with trial experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists attorneys in preparing for depositions, motions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
- Drafts legal documents, including motions, discovery responses, and subpoenas, in compliance with local, state, and federal rules.
- Conducts eDiscovery tasks, including document review for privilege and work product, preparation of privilege logs, and document summaries.
- Performs trial-related tasks, such as exhibit preparation, exhibit lists, deposition designations, witness coordination, and war room setup.
- Conducts factual research to identify relevant testimony, locates potential witnesses, and supports case strategy.
- Organizes and manages case documents in compliance with firm standards.
- Utilizes litigation support applications, including Relativity and Opus 2.
- Works closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative professionals to ensure seamless case management.

- Proficiency in Relativity, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro required.
- Experience with iManage or Filesite is a plus.
