Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist with advanced Excel proficiency to join our dynamic and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project planning, tracking, and reporting through the creation and maintenance of detailed Excel spreadsheets and other project control tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to assist project managers in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive Excel spreadsheets to support project tracking, cost control, and scheduling.
- Analyze project data and prepare detailed reports to assist project managers in decision-making.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets, and ensure compliance with established schedules and deadlines.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Identify potential project risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Assist in the preparation of project forecasts and performance metrics.
- Support project documentation and ensure all records are kept up to date.
- Provide Excel-based solutions, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros, to streamline reporting processes.

This is an on-site position which includes $120 a day per-diem pay all 7 days of the week
