Position Details
Location: Greenbrae Dermatology, Marin County
Hours: 3-4 Days a week, typically 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Compensation: $30/hour
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage patient schedule and patient flow.
Proactively review the patient schedule to know what treatments are scheduled
and what rooms will be required. You are on time and are diligent to greet and
room patients.
You understand each of the treatments performed, preparation of rooms and set-
up according to doctor’s preferences.
Conduct personalized patient consultations to understand their concerns and
goals.
Support Dermatologist in presenting treatment options with empathy and
professionalism, ensuring patients feel informed and supported. Educate patients
as needed after the doctor establishes the treatment plan.
Assist doctor with cosmetic treatments, charting and after-care.
Provide concierge-level patient experiences, making every patient feel valued
and comfortable.
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients providing an exceptional
patient experience.
Stay updated on all cosmetic procedures and educate patients on their benefits.
Perform outbound calling and follow-up to maximize conversions and nurture
ongoing relationships.
Qualifications
Required Experience: Proven background in cosmetic dermatology as a
cosmetic coordinator and/or medical assistant.
Exceptional interpersonal style and communication skills with a passion for
relationship building.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing flexible schedules.
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and strong computer
skills.
Empathy to work with people who may be sensitive and engaging in cosmetic
treatments for the first time
Friendly – have an easy way of making people feel comfortable with you and the
practice
Positive / Even Tempered – our practice is very busy, and you must be able to
maintain calm for yourself, teammates and patients
Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and
responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
