Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of residents' rooms, common areas, and offices.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
- Empty and dispose of trash and waste materials.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness is maintained in all areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Respond to residents' requests and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of infection control practices is a plus.
