What are the responsibilities and job description for the STNA position at Greenbriar Nursing Center?
We need 3 first shift and 3 third shift STNA's
Pay is based on experience. Night shift has a $1/hr shift differential
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification: Current and active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living setting is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and the ability to follow care instructions.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in documenting care in electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
