The role involves providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, including skilled nursing care, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Valid LPN or RN license
- Experience in skilled nursing care and rehabilitation
- Medication administration and treatment planning skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Knowledge of memory care and dementia support is a plus
- BSN degree is beneficial
