Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining safety, preventing falls and elopements, and monitoring residents for any changes in condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dressing residents with dignity and respect.
- Assisting with bathing, oral and skin care.
- Preparing meals and snacks.
- Making beds and assisting with toileting.
- Taking vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Accurately documenting resident information.
