Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

Global Minimum Tax Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with global minimum tax regulations, including OECD guidelines.
- Monitor international tax developments and assess implications for the company’s global operations.
- Lead initiatives to align corporate structures with evolving global minimum tax requirements.
- Direct all U.S. international tax compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate filing of forms such as 5471 and 8858.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations impacting international operations.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors for U.S. compliance matters.
- Oversee the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies, ensuring alignment with both local and international regulations.
- Conduct economic analyses and support documentation to defend transfer pricing positions.
- Lead audits and negotiations related to transfer pricing, working closely with finance, legal, and operational teams.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to senior management regarding international business operations.
- Identify tax risks and opportunities, proposing actionable solutions to enhance global tax efficiency.
- Engage with senior leadership to evaluate the tax implications of business decisions and structures.
- Build and lead a high-performing international tax team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop tax professionals within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Serve as a key member of the finance leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and objectives.
- Stay abreast of global tax policy changes and trends, representing the company in relevant industry forums.
- Advocate for the company’s interests in discussions with tax authorities and industry groups.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree (Master’s or JD) preferred.
- 10 years of experience in international tax, with significant expertise in global minimum tax, U.S. compliance, and transfer pricing.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in PC-based applications, including Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
- Work effectively with all levels of the Company, including external consultants and taxing authorities.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently, a passion for learning, and a willingness to build new skills.
- Must be able to work under deadlines and pressure, make sound decisions, and solve complex problems under conditions of uncertainty and in situations with limited standardization and alignment.
- CPA, LLM, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
