SHIFT : MIDS 13 : 00 - 01 : 100 (Mid shift start times may vary) - potentially some nights if needed

RN LICENSURE
FLU VACCINE REQUIRED DURING OCTOBER 2024- MARCH 2025 FLU SEASON - DECLINATIONS NOT ACCEPTED
CERNER PREFERRED
REQUIRED : ANY MISSED SHIFT REQUIRES WORKING A MAKE-UP SHIFT DURING THE SAME WORK WEEK (IF POSSIBLE) OR DURING THE SAME PAY PERIOD (IF NOT POSSIBLE DURING THE SAME WORK WEEK)
TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATIONS AND CURRENT FLU VACCINATION OR WILL BE REJECTED
MUST INCLUDE THE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AND SS# ON THE SUBMISSION TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 75 MILES FROM FACILITY - LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED!
