Job Description

About Us

Greenbrook Medical is on a mission to improve the health and well-being of seniors across the nation. We provide our patients with a high-touch, personalized primary care experience, including 24 / 7 access to your physicians, care coordination services, and more. After launching in 2021, we've successfully bootstrapped our first market in Florida with 3 brick and mortar clinics. Now, we've launched a joint venture with Tampa General Hospital to proliferate our model across Tampa Bay. We're building a team to scale that partnership and create the playbook to launch more partnerships beyond Tampa Bay. Come join our lean, entrepreneurial and passionate team.

About the Role

Primary Care Physicians provide daily care to patient panels capped at approximately 500 individuals. This model emphasizes work-life balance while delivering a concierge-like experience for patients. With a panel size limited to 500, physicians typically see around 12 patients per full day, allowing 30 to 45 minutes per visit to address each patient's needs thoroughly.

Patient appointments are generally scheduled between 9 : 00 a.m. and 3 : 30 p.m., leaving additional time for urgent patient needs and administrative tasks. Administrative burdens are significantly reduced thanks to a dedicated team of coders who handle pre-charting and post-visit reviews, streamlining clinical documentation. Medical assistants manage administrative and care coordination tasks, enabling physicians to focus entirely on patient care and providing an exceptional experience.
