Key Responsibilities
- Chief Clinical Officer Support:
- Process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage the CCO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
- Chief Medical Officer Support:
- Efficiently schedule internal and external meetings, as well as clinical appointments.
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and lodging.
- Prepare and process expense reports.
- General Administrative Support:
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide on-site support at clinic locations for events, as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
- You have a solid track record as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role, and you're ready for your next challenge.
- Your organizational and time-management skills are top-notch – you can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Details matter to you, and you pride yourself on your accuracy.
- You're comfortable and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
- You understand the importance of discretion and handle confidential information responsibly.
- You're adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly alike.
