As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with key healthcare providers, positioning Greenbrook as a leader in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy.
\Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong relationships with behavioral health providers, psychiatrists, therapists, primary care physicians, and other key accounts \
- Engaging healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles \
- Developing business plans and local strategies that focus on account prioritization and account-specific strategies \
- Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth \
- Maintaining accurate administrative records and reporting expenses \
- Routinely reviewing center-specific reports to evaluate trends and develop strategic plans \
- Generating contacts and sales leads, and achieving territory goals \
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience \
- At least 2 years of full-time, successful B2B/healthcare/medical sales/marketing experience \
- Demonstrated track record of territory growth and exceeding targets \
- Thorough knowledge of business development and competency in navigating the complete sales cycle \
- Strong clinical sales ability and effective communication skills \
- Leadership, self-motivation, dynamic, and shows initiative \
- Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information \
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record \
