Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who will be able to work in the Fireside Pub behind the bar and on course at our Caddyshack. You'll be paid $7.25 tips at both locations.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety procedures
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Strong math skills, including the ability to calculate sales totals, handle cash transactions, and make change accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Basic knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
