We are recruiting for our client, a prestigious Jacksonville, FL law firm, looking to hire a polished and customer-focused desktop support engineer to join their team.
In this direct-hire (fulltime) position, you will join a small support team as you aim to provide one-touch (single-point of contact resolution) desktop support for onsite employees additional employees remotely in various locations across the country.
This role requires 4 days per week being onsite at their Jacksonville, FL office. They offer very competitive compensation, 3 weeks of starting vacation days, excellent health benefits, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
- 3 years of Law Firm Desktop Support Experience
- iManage - Must have experience supporting iManage
- LAN / WAN
- Microsoft Office / 365
- Printers, A / V equipment and systems for in-office video conferencing, etc
