We are looking for an energetic sales leader who can run a door-to-door campaign for multiple Florida territories.

Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE door-to-door sales and/or management experience. Door-to-door is a different kind of beast. We need someone who has fought the beast head-on in the past.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with customers, resolve objections, and close sales.
- References: Must be able to provide references from previous door-to-door sales roles.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to stay motivated and maintain a high level of energy in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation to travel within the designated sales territory.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing or leading a sales team, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. (OR... Be hungry, dedicated, and willing to learn how to lead and motivate people.)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
- Set Sales Goals & Strategies: Work with leadership to set realistic sales targets and implement strategies to exceed them.
- Training & Development: Train and mentor new sales team members on best practices, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- Sales Execution: Actively participate in sales efforts by engaging with potential customers, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any post-sale needs.
- Track & Report Performance: Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve sales outcomes and individual growth.
