We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our growing team and help us deliver top-notch service to our clients.
Job Description: As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers by identifying and eliminating pest infestations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional pest control services in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective pest control treatment plans tailored to each situation.
- Safely and responsibly apply pest control products according to industry regulations and company protocols.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits and pest control treatments.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and safety protocols.
- Assist in educating customers on pest prevention and management strategies.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and machinery
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Preferably possess prior experience in pest control, but we are willing to train the right sales candidate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and in confined spaces.
- Ability to operate and maintain hand tools, machinery, and power tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.89 - $29.14 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
