We are a rapidly growing pest control company seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through inbound and outbound calling, customer service, and business development activities. **Duties:**
- Respond to online inquiries from homeowners requesting information on pest control services
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate interest in products or services
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, if applicable
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
