What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADON - Hamilton Grove position at Greencroft Communities?
Join our compassionate team at Hamilton Grove as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and help lead the daily operations of our Nursing Department. In this role, you'll support the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the DON with daily department management and regulatory compliance.
- Hire, train, and evaluate CNAs and QMAs.
- Supervise and support nursing staff with ongoing training.
- Foster positive relationships across departments.
- Contribute to nursing budget planning and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN license in Indiana.
- Prior long-term care and/or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
- Must be able to work up to 50 hours per week, as needed.
