- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA Class
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant recognized by the state of Indiana upon hire OR within 120 days of hire
- Must maintain certification as requiredSchedule :
- Full Time & Part Time available
- Evening & Midnights shift available
- Hourly rate based on experience
- 1.50 additional per hour for second shift.
- 1.50 additional per hour for third shift.
- Weekend shifts pay : $1.50 additional per hour
- Weekends and Holidays : Must work a rotating scheduleBenefits :
