Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in preparing large volumes of high-quality meals in a commercial kitchen.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
Job Duties:
- Prepare meals according to menus using approved substitutions and standardized recipes.
- Prepare meals for therapeutic diets according to planned menus.
- Meet meal schedules; prepare food in timely manner.
- Ability to cooperate and work well with co-workers.
Schedule:
- Additional $1.50 hour Shift Differential for nights and weekends.
- Must work every other weekend and every other Holiday.
