About the Role:
At Greencroft Communities, we are looking for a skilled Dining Room Food Server to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional formal table service to our residents and guests.
You will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality dining experience in both the dining room and at catered events, ensuring meals are served promptly with a focus on presentation and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining clean and organized serving and preparation areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serving food and beverages to residents and guests
- Assisting with food preparation, set-up, and clean-up
- Maintaining clean and organized serving and preparation areas
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
