Job Description:
DIning Team Leaders are responsible to serve food in a safe and sanitary manner, provide leadership for dining attendants, and promote team effort within the department.
Duties Include:
- Following posted menus, standardized recipes, and production sheets
- Meet time demands of meal schedules
- Interact with residents, staff, & guests
- Provide Leadership & promote team effort
- Perform various food service duties
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service experience is helpful
- Ability to read and communicate with others. Willing to learn food safety and sanitation principles, operation of institutional equipment, and food preparation
Schedule:
Hours are 11:00 am -7:30 pm
- Must work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Weekend Shift Pay: Additional $1.50 an hour
