Golden Years Homestead is looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead and support our dedicated team.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee HR systems and programs, including recruitment, hiring, training, and compensation
- Foster team member satisfaction and positive workplace relations
- Assist in HR policy development and serve as a key member of the management team
- Track retention and employee turnover and maintain accurate employee records
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration (or equivalent experience)
- At least two years of HR management experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
