In this role, you'll lead the daily operations of our retirement community, ensuring exceptional care and services for residents while fostering a supportive environment for team members. As the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping our strategic direction and upholding our mission to create vibrant, caring communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for all aspects of the community, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing services
- Mentor and support department leaders to cultivate a positive team culture and ensure departments are adequately staffed and resourced
- Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality resident care and services
- Build strong relationships with residents and advocate for their needs, ensuring exceptional customer service and engagement
- Oversee budgets, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance programs, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations
- Lead Board and Committee meetings, keeping stakeholders informed of industry trends and operational progress
- Foster strong connections within the greater community, serving as an ambassador for Golden Years Homestead and Greencroft Communities
- Proven leadership experience in senior living or healthcare administration
- Licensed Health Facility Administrator (HFA) or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for serving older adults and leading with compassion
- Ability to navigate complex operational and regulatory environments
