Job Description:
Life Enrichment Aides will be responsible for promotion of daily and on-going activities for residents that meet emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of residents.
Duties include:
- Assist with planning, schedule, and implementing of activities and special events that promote the physical, social, educational, and spiritual well-being of residents at Southfield Village.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and volunteers to provide quality programs for residents.
- Participate in community planning related to the facility
- Encourage all residents to participate in activities
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent desirable but not required
- Specialized training or experience in gerontology desirable
- Experience in skilled care or residential services for the elderly desirable
Schedule: Full-time

- 9:00a-5:00p
- Rotates every other weekend.
