Marketing Associate

Greencroft Goshen is a dynamic living community dedicated to providing compassionate care and exceptional services to our residents. We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support our housing facilities by responding to inquiries, securing commitments, and assisting in marketing our housing and health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families.
• Conduct interviews and facility tours, providing details on available services, financial options, and costs.
• Secure commitments from prospective residents and complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities using the Matrix database system.
• Assist with prospect telemarketing, waitlist management, and follow-up activities.
• Work collaboratively with the Health Care Admissions Coordinator to support prospective health care residents.
• Assist in coordinating the new resident move-in process to ensure a seamless transition.
• Plan and execute special events such as open houses, luncheons, and community meetings.
• Foster strong working relationships with other departments to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Uphold Greencroft’s mission and values, respecting residents’ rights and prioritizing quality service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or housing coordination preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management (experience with Matrix CRM is a plus).
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
