What We’re Looking For:
We seek compassionate and experienced RN/LPNs who:
- Have a passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Are dedicated to ensuring high-quality clinical care and compliance with state regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the clinical team to deliver excellent resident care.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations through proper documentation and oversight.
- Support residents & families with compassionate care and communication.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, resident-focused environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Indiana (must maintain active license).
- 3 years of nursing experience in a geriatric setting.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of MDS and total care planning process.
Schedule & Commitment:
- Full-time | 40 hours per week (80 hours per pay period)
- Call rotation, weekends, and holidays required.
- Flexible hours to interact with off-shift team members.
