Job Description:
QMAs will be responsible for providing routine daily nursing care and activities of daily living to residents.
Duties include:
- Prepare and administer medications for residents
- Stock medication cart
- Perform treatments and/or tests and apply dressings as needed
- Document resident's condition, progress, incidents & complaints
- Assist with resident feedings
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- Graduate of a state approved program for nursing assistants, maintain state certification as a Nursing Assistant and Qualified Medication Aide and maintain appropriate state qualifications
- Experience in skilled care or residential services for the elderly desirable
Schedule:
- Part Time, Days
- Must work every other weekend and holidays
- Shift and weekend differentials are available
