Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation spaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Clearing tables and returning dirty dishes to the kitchen promptly.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
