Director of Residential Services

This key leadership role is crucial in enhancing our residential offerings and ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and care.

Responsibilities:

·        Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the residential program.

·        Collaborate with staff, individuals and families to ensure a supportive and enriching environment.

·        Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.

·        Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

·        Manage budgets, resources, and overall program logistics.

·        Stay informed of best practices and industry trends to innovate and enhance our services.

·        Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to enhance program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited College or University is preferred.

·        Proven experience in program management; budget preparation and management; staff supervision within a residential setting.

·        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

·        Passion for improving the lives of individuals and promoting community engagement.

·        Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

·        Must Pass Child Abuse, FBI (fingerprinting) and Criminal Background Clearances.

·        Pre-hire and bi-annual physical and Mantoux TB test.
