What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Pathologist 2025-2026 School Year position at Greene County Educational Service Center?
The Greene County ESC is hiring a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year to work with school age children.
This position is a full time, 5 days per week, work schedule with opportunities to collaborate with a dedicated community of Speech and Language Pathologists and other related services providers.
We will accept applicants who need to complete their clinical fellowship year and will provide the necessary mentoring and supervision.
Must have appropriate Licensure (only qualified applicants should apply)
Salary Range: $55,000-$89,000 based upon experience. Compensation package includes competitive salary, mileage reimbursement, professional development opportunities and excellent health insurance benefits.

- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with many individuals.
- Assessment of students and writing ETRs that are compliant with federal and state mandates.
- IEP writing and data collection skills that are compliant with federal and state mandates.
- Ability to work in school settings and follow school protocols.
- Ability to use technology for inputting data, Medicaid billing, ETR and IEP writing, etc.
- Tech skills - Ability to input data/case notes into data management system (HPC).
- Travel to various school sites - given mileage reimbursement.
- Mentoring is provided for all new employees and supervision is available for those completing their clinical fellowship year.
