Nursing Assistant Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Greene Health & Rehab Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements:

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $19.25-$25.25

• Shifts needed: Day and evening 8 and 12 hour shifts
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for FT shift, $2,500 for PT shift (paid out quarterly)
