Job Description
To provide exceptional clerical support to the Application Department and assist GMHA clients in understanding and complying with Agency requirements and procedures. Oversee department’s withdrawn, ineligible, active and scanned files and complete filling quickly and accurately. Respond to clients inquires regarding the application process and wait list status. Answer phone calls within 24 hours. Data entry for all applications. Provide back up assistance for all client walk-ins. Provide routine data entry utilizing specific housing software. Serve as back up Receptionist when needed.
