Greene Resources is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain an assigned book of business, acting as the primary advisor and building strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Delegate tasks to internal service team members, ensuring efficient workflow and consistent quality.
- Collaborate with Benefits Consultants, Client Executives, and the large group benefits department to oversee renewals and align with overall goals.
- Address client issues with prompt resolutions and provide guidance on reducing costs while offering competitive benefits options.
- Conduct needs analysis, lead enrollment meetings, and hold regular client meetings.
- Assist clients with 5500 form filings and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the business.
- Keep clients informed on industry trends and changes, ensuring high-level service deliverables for complex accounts.
- Implement action plans, oversee project teams, and ensure successful completion of projects.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and manage systems/processes related to assigned projects.
- Support consultants in high-level meetings with internal teams and external partners, ensuring strategic advice and follow-up.
- Ensure effective communication and seamless workflow between consultants, leadership, and clients.
Position Requirements:
- Experience with database applications is a plus.
- Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products; is required.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products is required.
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Must be very detail-oriented.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work with clients at a strategic level.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
