Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, or 9am to 6pm
Greene Resources is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and generate account statements
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment issues
- Monitor payment trends and suggest improvements for collection efficiency
- Investigate historical issues, PO discrepancies, and support backend problem-solving
- Support internal audits and compliance with credit policies
- Utilize ERP software (Epicor) and advanced Excel functions for financial reporting
- Work in a fast-paced environment with new product lines and acquisitions
Position Requirements:
- ERP software (Epicor), Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong email communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to take initiative, excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales, finance, and customer service teams
- Experience handling large AR sub-ledgers ($18M ) and credit control functions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
