Job Description:
- Strategic Alignment: Align project goals with overall business strategy and objectives.
- PMO Leadership: Lead PMO efforts, including future hiring, mentoring, and developing subordinates.
- Process Development: Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Project Governance: Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risks, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes and implement improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure project alignment and communication.
- Resource Management: Allocate project resources effectively and manage resource conflicts.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors providing project support.
