Pay: $80,000 - $90,000/year (Depending on experience)

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6am to 4pm
Greene Resources is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Define, research, develop, implement, and sustain safe, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product Engineering, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams on daily activities and projects.
- Analyze requests for changes in manufacturing methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, and costs.
- Recommend and develop manufacturing and logistics methodologies to enhance customer value through waste reduction, shorter cycle times, and improved product quality.
- Lead the creation and modification of work instructions to support organizational tasks.
- Conduct analyses for ergonomics, cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting as needed.
- Modify and create new manufacturing routings.
- Maintain AutoCAD drawings of the facility, processes, and equipment with proper revision control.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency with computer applications, including AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
- Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and methods, including flow, layouts, assembly, machining, tooling, and warehousing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to generating new ideas.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Capability to work independently and effectively as both a team member and leader.
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
