Greene Resources is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
National Sales Team Support
- Track new hires in sales reports to monitor metrics and performance.
- Ensure data accuracy by collaborating with finance and other departments.
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with external recruiters to source candidates, co-host kickoff calls, and provide regular candidate updates to leadership.
- Support sales leaders in hiring, onboarding, and training by coordinating assessments, requisitions, and offer documents.
- Serve as a concierge for candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring experience with white-glove service.
- Track hiring metrics and KPIs.
Producer Onboarding & Training
- Coordinate, schedule, and track all training programs, evaluations, and records for new hires.
- Develop automated communication campaigns to engage and support new hires through onboarding.
- Work with leaders, IT, and mentors to ensure new hires have necessary resources before Day 1, troubleshooting any issues as needed.
- Maintain consistent communication with new hires and sales leaders, setting expectations for onboarding.
- Build and manage peer groups and training cohorts, tracking new hires through their first 180 days.
- Support national and regional events focused on producer development.
Position Requirements
- Experience in a sales organization preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI preferred).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and outcome-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, ask the right questions, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and disciplined.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and learning management systems preferred.
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Service leadership mindset with a strong work ethic.
