Greene Resources is seeking an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team! This role is crucial in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates for open roles, assisting with HR activities, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
Job Description:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions, with a focus on engineering roles.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Assist with various HR-related activities to support the hiring process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR databases.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
