Pay: $50,000 to $60,000/year

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
Greene Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Management Trainee (Quality Assurance) to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Lead and inspire a team of quality assurance technicians to achieve exceptional results.
- Implement cutting-edge practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough audits compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards and manage our Quality Management System.
- Serve as a vital link between floor employees and upper management, addressing and resolving quality concerns.
- Oversee both internal and external audits, troubleshooting and rectifying technical issues.
- Craft and deliver impactful training programs focused on quality improvement.
- Generate and analyze reports on quality metrics, corrective actions, and ongoing enhancements.
- Proactively identify and solve quality issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Position Requirements:
- An analytical thinker with proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced in Excel.
- An excellent communicator with robust problem-solving skills, capable of managing time effectively and learning quickly.
