Job Overview
Greene Resources is seeking a Materials Planning Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for tracking inventory, ensuring 100% material availability, and managing procurement of miscellaneous materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Track inventory levels and ensure accurate SAP data
• Place purchase orders (POs) and manage procurement of miscellaneous materials
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate SAP data, including supplier lead times, safety stock levels, and BOMs
• Oversee inbound packaging inspections for film, corrugated materials, and rigid plastics
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve flagged SAP issues
• Monitor overdue/incomplete POs and coordinate with Material and Production Planners
• Manage international shipment records and register outbound shipments with the USDA
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards
• Serve as the local SAP master data owner, ensuring accurate and consistent system records
Requirements
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in the food or CPG industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of MRP planning, inventory control, and warehouse fundamentals
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• English proficiency required; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required
