- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in Logistics/Supply Chain/CPIM.

Greene Resources is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Construction Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Procurement Strategy
- Develop cost-effective procurement strategies and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Conduct risk assessments on contracts and ensure feasibility with suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms and oversee procurement budgets to maximize value.
- Manage IT systems for tracking shipments, inventory, and supply chain logistics.
- Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Procurement Execution
- Manage solicitations, bids, and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with design standards and schedules.
- Conduct quality reviews at fabrication sites and coordinate compliance with delivery schedules.
- Oversee logistics for national and international shipments, performing on-site inspections as needed.
- Address quality issues, warranty compliance, and ensure proper documentation for as-builts and O&M manuals.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management.
- Provide guidance on company policies, ensure ethical decision-making, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Align team goals with company objectives, foster professional growth, and promote clear communication.
Position Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Experience using supply chain management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Experience and passion for exploration and utilization of AI for procurement.
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels across the organization; effectively convey technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large procurement projects within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
