Pay : $30 / hour

Experience : 2 years of experience in event planning, education programming, editorial / publications, or project coordination (preferably in an academic, association, or conference setting).

Education : Associate or bachelor’s degree.

Type : Part-time; Contract

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Greene Resources is seeking a Part-time Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description :

• Manage content timelines and deliverables for the Annual Convention & Trade Show and Building Enclosure Symposium.
• Maintain event trackers to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate communications with authors, speakers, committee members, volunteers, and staff.
• Support the online learning platform (LearnUpon) by enrolling learners, addressing inquiries, and generating reports.
• Oversee the Education email inbox, responding to or routing inquiries as needed.
• Process online learning sales in MemberSuite and manage yearly billing for the CEH Provider Program.
• Perform additional administrative duties and projects as assigned.ng and invoicing for the CEH Provider Program
• Other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
