Greene Resources is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with required protocols.
- Direct team members to meet production, quality, and customer deadlines.
- Analyze production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide training, performance feedback, and leadership to all shift personnel.
- Conduct daily reports, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Position Requirements:
- Preferred experience with SAP, lean manufacturing, and the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of inventory control practices.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing.
- Production scheduling and planning capabilities.
- Inventory control and management.
- Strong technical proficiency.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a keen attention to detail.
