Position : HR Compensation Analyst
Location : Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Pay : $75,000 to $90,000 / year (based on experience)
Type : Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm
What You’ll Do :
- Act as the go-to expert for compensation inquiries, partnering with P&C team members and department leaders.
- Conduct detailed job and market analyses using job questionnaires and market data to stay competitive.
- Help maintain and administer our company’s incentive programs and lead the annual merit process with the Director of Compensation & Benefits.
- Collaborate with HRIS and Compensation teams to update and maintain compensation data in Workday, including job profiles and pay grades.
- Ensure our compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Take charge of compensation benchmarking surveys and provide insights from the results.
- Assist with special compensation projects and maintain the company’s job catalog and job descriptions.
