Key Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks, lawn mowers, weedeaters, and other landscaping equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is in safe and optimal working condition. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Order and replace parts as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with training team members on proper equipment use and maintenance. Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding equipment status and repair needs. Keep the workshop clean and organized. Qualifications : Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a landscaping or similar industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to operate and repair a variety of landscaping equipment, including trucks, lawn mowers, and weedeaters. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Valid drivers license required.
