Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering discipline (Engineering discipline preferred)
- 10 years of experience in the Aerospace industry, preferably with knowledge of 14 CFR Part 21, emphasis on Subpart O (TSOA)
- PMP or equivalent certification or work experience
- ASQ Certification or equivalent (e.g., CQI/IRCA/EOQ Certification)
- Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification is a plus
Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems like SAP is highly desirable.
